Return Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction; therefore we offer the following return policy.

You can return any new and unopened product to us for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and a 15% restocking fee, as long as it is received at our warehouse within 30 days from the original date of sale.

Any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale will be replaced to you at no charge, provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid AND we have that product in stock. If the product is not in our stock, you may need to send the item to Garmin for repairs.  After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies - please contact the appropriate Garmin at 800-800-1020 for instructions. 
 
We cannot accept used items for credit or refund.

Special orders that are canceled are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special orders, opened computer software, electronic charts, and datacards are not returnable.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of sale.

Orders placed during the holiday season from Nov. 1st through Dec. 25th, are subject to our special holiday return policy and returns will be allowed until January 15th (return authorization # required, please call 1-877-477-6281)


How to Return An Item
If you would like to return an item please print and fill out our RMA form, follow the instructions on the form carefully and fill out in as much detail as possible. Prior to sending the item back, email us at liz@edgegps.com for a Return Authorization Number before sending the item back.

This number MUST be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Returns received without a Return Authorization number will be refused.
 
 

Refunds
Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued by the same method of payment used on the original order.


Exchanges
We will exchange any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale at no charge provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty applies please contact the appropriate Garmin at 800-800-1020 for instructions.

You may also exchange any new and unopened item within 30 days from the date of sale as well. Please email liz@edgegps.com for a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' number before sending any item back.
