Shipping InfoShipment times for items in stock
Orders placed by 12 PM (Mountain Time) will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM (Mountain Time) will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship or answer the phone on weekday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. We do observe holidays and will not ship on these days.
Stock Status
Please note stock status of items prior to placing your order. Some items are not kept in stock, but may be 3-4 business days out of Garmin, and are noted as such on the product pages. Some items are on known back order, and are noted as such on the product pages. If an item is backordered and this is not noted on our website, we will notify you within 2 business days of the day you placed your order. Occasionally, items are oversold or we have mistakes in inventory. If your item is out of stock, you will receive an email notification and a refund within 1 business day of the day you placed your order.
Tracking and Shipment Notification
U.S. customers will not be notified of shipment, but can check the shipping status of your order on our website using your order number. As soon as your item is shipped, your tracking information will be visible on our UPS tracking tool. Canadian and USPS customers will be notified of shipment via email with their USPS customs or tracking number.
U.S. Customers
UPS business shipping days are Monday through Friday. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as delivery days. Please take this into account when selecting your shipping method. We ship via UPS in the lower 48 states unless provided with a P. O. Box as the only delivery option, in which case we'll ship via USPS Priority Mail. We ship via USPS Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii automatically, and our shipping charges reflect that.
Canadian Customers
You will receive a shipping notification containing your USPS customs number from our shipping department upon shipment of your order. USPS tells us to expect two weeks for delivery to Canada using USPS First Class and Priority Mail International. You can track your USPS package via Canada Postal Service.
